Worksense makes sense!

Style, comfort and quality.The Worksense range offers an extensive selection of safety clothing, industrial wear that complies with Australian/New Zealand Standards, uniforms, and corporate clothing.It includes the Outdoor World label, Koolmesh polo shirts and our new Koolflow vented shirts.

We offer a wide range of colours, sizes, styles and additional features to meet the needs of any work environment and our product range is under constant review as we seek to continually improve the design and manufacture of our garments.

We also work with clients to customise clothing or design and manufacture garments to specific requirements, providing product samples for review and approval.

Manufacturing standards

The high manufacture standards guarantee all Worksense workwear features reinforcement at stress points, double-stitched seams and securely finished hems.

The standards we set for our Worksense garments are also generally higher than Australian/New Zealand Standards. This ensures we deliver the best quality products at the best price to our customers.

Fabrics

All 100 per cent Cotton Worksense garments are pre shrunk and our manufacturing standards ensure we exceed the requirements of AS2001.5.4.

In the case of workwear this Standard specifies a maximum +/- 3% dimensional movement, whereas our standard is less than 2% giving superior stability when garments are washed and dried correctly.

We insist on using the best quality European dyes to ensure our fabrics stay bright and don’t fade. Our yellow high visibility fabric is so bright that it passes Standards AS/NZS 1906.4.1997 for natural fibres in both wet and dry states. We also ensure that appropriate UPF protection is maintained to the highest possible level.

Not all polyester micromesh garments are the same!

Worksense Koolmesh polos are made from 100% polyester micromesh that has superior wicking properties. This means that the fabric allows moisture to pass through it to evaporate on the outside – cooling the body. They also have an anti-microbial treatment to keep you feeling fresh!
